What to know before you start.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You create the assistant with a form, add your content and copy one line of code into your website. If you use WordPress, just install the plugin.
What information is the assistant trained on?
Whatever you choose: pages from your website or your full sitemap, PDF, Word and text documents, and FAQs you write yourself. You can add or remove content at any time.
Can the assistant make up answers?
The assistant is instructed to answer from your company’s content. When it can’t find the information, it suggests contacting your team instead of guessing.
Which websites does it work on?
Any website where you can paste a snippet of code: WordPress, custom-built sites and most website builders. There is a dedicated plugin for WordPress.
Which language does it answer in?
You choose each assistant’s language when you create it. The client area is available in English and Portuguese.
What happens if I reach my plan’s limit?
Usage is always visible in your client area. Once the monthly message limit is reached, the assistant stops answering until the next month or until you move to a higher plan.
